Tiny Truck – Terms & Conditions
1. General
These Terms and Conditions apply to all services provided by Tiny Truck Limited ("Tiny Truck"), including but not limited to furniture moving, rubbish removal, and general transport services, within the Wellington region and surrounding areas.
By engaging our services, the customer ("you") agrees to these terms
2. Rubbish Removal
Once rubbish or unwanted items have been collected by Tiny Truck, full ownership of those items transfers to Tiny Truck.
Tiny Truck reserves the right to dispose of, recycle, repurpose, donate, or sell any collected items at its sole discretion.
No requests for return or reimbursement will be accepted after collection.
3. Restricted & Hazardous Items
We do not collect hazardous materials, including but not limited to asbestos, flammable substances, chemicals, and medical waste.
If such items are found among your rubbish, you may be liable for any additional costs or penalties incurred.
4. Furniture Moving
While all care is taken with your belongings, Tiny Truck accepts no liability for damage caused by factors outside of our control, including poor access, unfit packaging, or pre-existing damage.
We recommend customers ensure adequate insurance cover for valuable or fragile items.
5. Cancellations & Delays
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a call-out fee.
Tiny Truck will do its best to meet agreed times but is not liable for delays caused by weather, traffic, or other unforeseen events.
6. Payment Terms
Payment is due on completion of the job unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We accept payment by bank transfer, or cash.
7. Limitation of Liability
Tiny Truck will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
While we offer insurance for damage to the building or truck, we provide no insurance for the used items we are moving, due to items already having wear.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New Zealand.
