At Tiny Truck we have a well-experienced and careful team that takes the utmost care while handling your belongings.

However, we do not offer insurance. Please speak to your contents insurance provider about Insurance while in transport. Any damages or lost items will be liable to the clients.

At Tiny Truck, we work very hard to eliminate the chances of this occurring by practicing correct moving methods.

Every vehicle in our fleet is equipped with blankets and ties to make sure your items are secure and safe.

We start a timer when we arrive at the first pick up address and end the timer when the job is done.

Absolutely not. the crew will stop the timer if they stop for lunch and resume it once they are done.

Fuel is included in the cost, so no extra cost to you.

We will continue if it is safe for our crew and your items. In heavy downpour, we would not continue. We will make sure to communicate all options with you.

For single/very few items delivery or rubbish removal, the cost is by quote.

For house moves within the Wellington region, the cost is:

1 mover plus a truck - $95 per hour

2 movers plus a truck - $145 per hour

3 movers plus a truck - $185 per hour

All options for the hourly rate are a minimum of 2 hours.

If you are moving out of the Wellington region, you will get a special quote.
